Vendor Membership & Submission Terms

Welcome to the Oregon Landlords Vendor Network.
These terms outline how our vendor membership program works and what you can expect when participating in our directory and promotional ecosystem.
Before listing your business in the Oregon Landlords Vendor Directory, please review the membership terms below. Our goal is to build structured, trustworthy visibility between landlords and service providers
1. Membership Structure
Vendor listings require an active paid membership.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise specified at checkout). Directory access and promotional benefits remain active only while the membership is current and in good standing.
2. Founding Vendor Program
Founding Vendor spots are limited to 20 vendors.
Founding Vendors receive:
• Directory listing inside OregonLandlords.com
• Rotating spotlight post inside the Facebook group
• Inclusion in landlord email communications
• Early pricing lock-in before public rate adjustments
Founder pricing remains locked for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If canceled, re-entry may be subject to current pricing.
3. Billing & Payments
Membership fees are automatically charged based on the selected plan.
If a payment fails:
• Listing visibility may be paused
• Spotlight or newsletter placement may be delayed
• Access may be suspended until resolved
4. No Refund Policy
All vendor memberships and promotional placements are non-refundable.
This includes:
• Partial billing cycles
• Missed submission deadlines
• Cancellation mid-cycle
• Dissatisfaction with lead volume
Oregon Landlords provides structured visibility and networking opportunities. Leads and revenue are not guaranteed.
5. Submission Requirements
Vendors must provide:
• Accurate business name and contact information
• Logo and service description
Oregon Landlords reserves the right to edit formatting for clarity and consistency.
6. Content Deadlines
Spotlight and promotional content must be submitted by communicated deadlines.
If materials are not received in time, Oregon Landlords may:
• Reschedule the feature
• Use previously approved materials
• Skip that cycle without refund
7. Approval & Moderation
All listings are subject to manual review and approval.
Oregon Landlords reserves the right to deny, edit, suspend, or remove listings that:
• Misrepresent services
• Violate professional standards
• Damage community trust
• Conflict with platform mission
8. Professional Conduct
Vendors are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct when engaging with landlords and property managers within the community.
Harassment, deceptive marketing, or aggressive solicitation may result in termination of membership.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oregon Landlords operates as a networking and visibility platform.
We do not:
• Guarantee leads
• Guarantee revenue
• Endorse specific vendors
• Act as a contracting party between landlords and vendors
All service agreements occur directly between vendor and client.
10. Termination
Oregon Landlords reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion if terms are violated.
Refunds will not be issued for policy violations.
11. Updates
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the most current version.
